Kickbutt
Sounds like you teach really great and challenging classes - too bad we're so far away from eachother - I'd love to check-out one of your cardio classes (I Kickbox). Balance is something that's diffucult to master for me - I'm constantly working on it and my instructor gets us to do alot of similar drills to improve it. KickChick
...hahahahaha Yes I think everyone's got your number Ken...and now I think I got it too! Doubling up is good I guess no matter what you're doing...why do it once when you have the opportunity and the energy to do it again?? hmm...How did I get the job as moderator of health & fitness anyway??? KickChick
Oh, and IceDragon... You need to bringup in front knee tucked close up in front and drive heel backwards to target. Toes down/heel flexed. You're opening up on your hips too much if your back looks like a side! Deby
defenestration_girl
my worst exercise is actually a stretch, where u sit on the floor, stick one leg out away from your body, and tuck the other one, bending it at the knee, right into your body. you then have to stretch forward and to the side, and i find it really painfull. is there a point to this stretch? or is it just me that feels like their hip is dislocated everytime they do it? me and your point is....?
