Get back in there, and we look forward to hearing from you! Thanks for your encouragement,I was wondering about how you sooth the pain on the knees. Do you put ice packs or do you rub them with some anti-inflammatory cream or you just stretch them? Maybe it's all that!

You know what your body can handle in terms of exercise. i know your sensei will push you to work hard but you choose how well you do. I have bad knees (even though i'm 22) and my sensei pushes me hard but he and i know that there are somethings that i can't do but i still try and do it anyway. If i can't i will vary it slightly to work.
