Safroot Posted April 2, 2014 Author Posted April 2, 2014 I'm afraid to ask... 30min squat challenge? Sounds like torture :/Yes, it's actually torture but it's supposed to improve your hip flexibility. You can find more about it on this link http://antranik.org/the-30-minutes-a-day-squat-challenge/ (recommended by ps1)and read more posts regarding hip flexibility on this threadhttp://www.karateforums.com/how-to-improve-hip-flexability-for-the-round-kick-vt46501.html "The Martial Arts begin with a point and end in a circle." Safroot Posted April 2, 2014 Author Posted April 2, 2014 oh my goodness that looks like knee torture too! For me, it doesn't affect my knees much but my main pain is from the thighs Really it's effective... I am not doing 30 minutes for sure but I am doing 5-9 minutes nearly every day and I can say I really felt a difference espicially with my high kicks.. I would recommend trying it "The Martial Arts begin with a point and end in a circle." Sosai Mas Oyama founder of Kyokushin Karate.
