I'm afraid to ask... 30min squat challenge? Sounds like torture :/

Yes, it's actually :bawling: torture but it's supposed to improve your hip flexibility.

oh my goodness that looks like knee torture too!

For me, it doesn't affect my knees much but my main pain is from the thighs :bawling:

Really it's effective... I am not doing 30 minutes for sure but I am doing 5-9 minutes nearly every day and I can say I really felt a difference espicially with my high kicks.. I would recommend trying it :D
