Zaine Posted March 15, 2014 Posted March 15, 2014 http://www.karateforums.com/martial-arts-research-library-vt8082.htmlHere's a great place to look for your next book! I would suggest that you pick up a history book. Start with a book that focuses on the history of Kyokushin, and then pick up a book that focuses on all of Japanese karate. Regardless of your style, knowing the history of other styles can help you to understand yours a lot more. Martial arts training is 30% classroom training, 70% solo training.https://www.instagram.com/nordic_karate/

Great reference materials, though you might struggle to get them for less than a few hundred dollars each nowadays.Mine are some of my most prized books, and the only books I don't lend out to people (one has had the inner pages signed by Sosai! ).
