Sometimes I can't be botherd to train! Please give me some motivation to train I really hate not training, but I just find it so boring sometimes I just find it like a really big chor rather than enjoyable.

Please any input would be great, and no taking weeks off stuff because that is what I am already doing and find it very hard to train everyday, I always have a few days off from time to time.

Thanks a lot

i've been there where i didn't feel like training anymore, but i got myself back up in thinking of how others are getting stronger then me. how i'll get my butt kicked by someone i don't . Just think to yourself the more u don't train the more your going to get a beating.

Whatever happens happens

I just listen to music. When a good song comes around I just want to get up and work, it gives me energy and motivates me :)

I agree with all of your input, especially Leafs idea of music.

Think of a hot chick at school and think of how impressed she will be if she sees a flying sidekick to the head at a bully from school.....jk

Actually, for me, i enjoy it, just thinking of being stronger, faster, bigger than the other person makes me feel good about myself. I have been ill with Strep Throat for the past 2 days, but i cant not train, so i just took it easy and did 100 situps, and that was it. Hey, it boosts the immune system!

But yeah, i mean, just listen to some music while you pump up your body. It really does help.

I figured it out a long time you can't force yourself to do anything. My advice is to take a few days or weeks off and come back fresh. Sometimes we just get burnt out. Don't focre it because you may loose all intrest not meaning too.

In my opinion, training for girls is pointless. You should be training for yourself. Music is good, but you should not need music to want to train, although it is a great motivational aid.

One quote that I really like that gets me in the weightroom after a tough day of school when I feel tired and demotivated is, "Humans need motivation. Machines do not need such superficial emotions, they are simply set a task and they accomplish it. Be a machine."

You should train whenever you like and just because it makes you feel good. When you ar at the club, you should feel great with all your friends, so the motivation is clear :)

At home you can program some little sessions and in order to be happy just think every effort will make you better. Find you proper time of the day, start with some easy stuff and just complicate it after a week or so. Keep telling yourself it's good, you like it, you got better and so on :)

That's how I manage this kind of efforts. Perhaps it'll work for you too :D

And don't forget ... give yourself some spare time ... and try to long for the training ... Be happy whenever you start again and tell youself you want badly to begin again.

Not many pauses ... but few ... perhaps they'll help

I used that a lot especially when I was a kid and after a fight I would use that as a motivationj thinking how hard I train now how easy it will be to kick his ass later. As the famous motto 'Train hard fight easy'.

Music is the best but I havn't got any at the moment but I will buy the rocky album as I find those songs very motivating. I like that quats from Jack as well. The taking the week off thing is not good, well I dont like iut anyway but it is good since you soon find meaning to train but it isn't permanent asnd frankly I dont really want to constantly be taking off training to train!

Next week I'v got the whole week off as everyone has woek experiance except my work experiance is in 2 weeks as I have it with the Army up in Kent.

Any other motivationla songs would be great if you knoiw of any.

Thanks a lot
