Hello everyone! So I'm getting into real karate know and I have lots of injuries. At this moment I have a bruise in my hand pinky finger and everytime I go to karate class I come home with a new blood bubble. So I want to know what do you recommend to have at hand for this type of karate injuries(band-aids, judo tape?)

By "blood bubble" do you mean a bruise/contusion? The word "bubble" makes me think of a blood blister, which would be quite a different thing, and I'm not sure how you would get it from karate training.

At my dojo, and at home, we always have band-aids, ice packs, athletic tape, and ACE compression bandages. I also have a bottle of liniment from Thailand called Fighter Fix that I use to clear up bruising and promote the healing of muscles. Other than that, there isn't much else you should need, I don't think. A set of popsicle sticks to make finger splints might be good, though.

It is a blood blister. Actually I don´t really know how I get them but the fact is that I do.

Where do you get blood blisters? On your hands? What exactly are you hitting with them if so?

I get them on my feet. The only things that I hit with them are the training pads and the floor(it's a blue material that is used in school gyms)

Lookup Ringstar brand shoes. They look and act like a sneaker/low top basketball shoe. In NASKA they are approved for tournament fighting.

Blood blisters on the feet is something that needs to be addressed immediately imo. Any source of pain that you can eliminate is a positive step.
