gronis Posted September 3, 2013 Author Share Posted September 3, 2013 Had my first class today. It was more fun than I expected even if everybody were a bit shy(me included). It wasnt very hard cardio/strength but I'm sure that was to not scare the customers away the first day since I have seen them go hard with the students earlier.
