I train 7 days a week.I have had students join my dojo at age 72 and 68. Had a new student join the dojo 6 months ago at age 50. GO FOR IT!

Nidan Melbourne Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 you are not too old to commence! there are people at my school are well into their 70's who just commenced training and they are loving it. They go even harder than those in their 20's
