andym
I use it as part of my personal training. If you believe in an ideal. You don't own it ; it owns you.
quinteros1963
I practice from time to time. I also incorporate some yoga with my club. My hope is to gain more experience and see where it goes. The past is no more; the future is yet to come. Nothing exist except for the here and now. Our grand business is not to see what lies dimly at a distance, but to do what's clearly is clearly at hand...Lets continue to train!
Howard
I practiced yoga from many years and I think it is the best technique to remain healthy and we can control our mind very effectively. If we have support of yoga then we will become best in karate and any other tactics related to martial arts. sensei8
I've dabbled in yoga when I was much younger. When I say dabbled, I mean, I tried it out for a short period, and then said, "Hey, that's cool, but just not my cup of tea!"I believe it's a beneficial thing to do, and to add into ones MA training, but, for me, it wasn't and still isn't part of my MA training. **Proof is on the floor!!! Harkon72
Yoga does not just condition the body; the key is the relaxation it can offer. This is the key to all Karate, if you are relaxed, the techniques are faster and you act with more efficiency and focus. Look to the far mountain and see all.
