AngelAriz Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 Hello everyone.This weekend my bride and i are going to have some fun at the Foam Fest in Haverhill Mass.If you havent run any 5 k mud runs, it is a blast.They are very close to military confidence courses.4 days and a wake up till we party it up with the Mud Runners. No limits as my limit.

This weekend is an obstacle course run called the Fugitive.We are trying to build up to the Spartan races so we are doing one run a month. It hs definitely helped my self defense and attribute traning days. No limits as my limit.

AngelAriz Posted September 10, 2013 Author Posted September 10, 2013 Each person must work on their weaknesses more than their strengths. But for sure you need pull ups, dips, and uphill running. No limits as my limit.
