I hear every other week how someone is "too old" or has got bad knees or a dodgy back. My Sensei helped someone train in a wheel chair with back problems, it sounds corny but it helped get them out of the chair, we heard on Friday that they are still training and about to go for Nidan.

Age should not be a factor.

That's pretty cool. I hope I'm still kicking when I'm 84! Congrats to her! :karate:

I'm hoping that I'm still doing anything at 84; breathing and walking are at the top of my list.

Thank you for sharing that with all of us, and you're absolutely correct...age shouldn't ever be a factor, and in her case, it certainly wasn't.
