Benson Henderson

pittbullJudoka
in BJJ, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, and Grappling Martial Arts

I just read that UFC lightweight champ Benson Henderson received his black belt in Brazilan Jiu Jitsu yesterday evening. Benson still competes in BJJ as well as Gi training which makes me respect him a little more than I already did. Congratulations Benson.

I saw the photo on his Facebook page--very cool!
