Are you from a Moo Do Kwan school?

My first training as a child was in moo do Kwan Tang Soo Do. I have also seen MDK Taekwondo. My TKD master is Ji Do Kwan however.

Is your school part of the ATA or Itf or any other major tang soo do federation?

Oh nice!

That it is not. Myself and my instructor do not like federations or associations at all. Not a fan of the politics and having people telling me how to run my school.

When I did TKD Moo Duk Kwan our belts were:

White

Yellow

Green

Green - one stripe

Green - two stripes

Red

Red- one stripe

Red - two stripes

Black

This was from '84-'89, though (so basically the stone ages). I suspect that more levels have been added now.
