hi guys, just got back from my first competition. the nerves were terrible, still shaking now, I came 3rd in kumite and 3rd in kata. nackered now

Sorry i didnt recive any notifications. I performed pinan nidan. But i was up agaonst brown belts so looked quite poor. Ill be better next time though

Don't be sad, Pinan Nidan is one of my best Kata. Done well it can rival any more advanced Kata in competition. It looks simple, it's all about the timing and rhythm, good luck next time.

Look to the far mountain and see all.

Well done :) Ad dont worry about going against brown belts with higher katas. I'm brown belt myself and I tend to lose to white belts :D It only takes small mistake to lose, even if you are performig the highest kata of your style
