April 9, 201313 yr Author Sorry i didnt recive any notifications. I performed pinan nidan. But i was up agaonst brown belts so looked quite poor. Ill be better next time though
April 9, 201313 yr Don't be sad, Pinan Nidan is one of my best Kata. Done well it can rival any more advanced Kata in competition. It looks simple, it's all about the timing and rhythm, good luck next time. Look to the far mountain and see all.
April 10, 201313 yr Good job! https://www.haysgym.com http://www.sunyis.com/ https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
April 14, 201313 yr Well done Ad dont worry about going against brown belts with higher katas. I'm brown belt myself and I tend to lose to white belts It only takes small mistake to lose, even if you are performig the highest kata of your style A style is just a name.
