How often do you practice Kata?

I like the Haishu uke at the start, the Bunkai shows that the gedan cosa te that follows is no kick block but a wrist lock take down. There is a neck break after the first empi uchi and the elbow joint break before the next mae geri is really cool. Remember to protect your radial pressure point in each of the chudan uke, then also the double empi uchi after tearing off the opponent's ears (!), a good shuto uke to finish and you are done. I think it's a great Kata.

It is a GREAT kata, without any shadow of doubt.

I practice every kata 3-4 times a day from my syllabus in the morning and night (so twice in morning & twice at night).

At my school (Goju-ryu) we do

Taikyoku Jodan

Taikyoku Chudan

Taikyoku Gedan

Taikyoku Kake Uke Ich

Taikyoku Mawashi Uke

Gekasai Dai Ich

Gekasai Dai Ni

Saifa

Seeuinchin

Sanseru

Seisun

Sanchin Kata

Tensho Kata

Every Kata (except Tensho & Sanchin) i do once slowly (to focus on technique) and once full power and timing.

Also I film myself in the morning and night on the 2nd run through to help me see what mistakes i made

Daily!

Some times all of them in one session, but mostly different ones to keep the mind active!

Always the newest one or the one(s) needed for the next grading, but in a week all of them will have been done at least twice!

Believe it or not, I have a rota. One day I practice Kata, the next day Kihon. Generally 90 mins plus, and I will practice it by teaching it to pupils and in lessons, [both Kata and Kihon]
