Harkon72
My advice is to keep moving your leg, never let it be still while you are awake. I know it hurts, but if you stop moving it it will heal the muscle fibers too short; you must try and stretch it so the healing is done over the greatest area as possible. It takes longer, it is not comfortable but in the long run you will gain a stronger muscle group. Good Luck. Look to the far mountain and see all. bushido_man96
The words "quick" and "recovery" rarely go together, in my experience. Don't rush it. Take your time and let it heal up properly. Look into some physical therapy, as well. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
