Training the mind?

I understand you must train the body in order to do martial arts, but are there any ways to train the mind? Become mentally stronger....besides mediation

What do you mean by "train the mind" exactly? What behavior do you expect from someone who has not "trained the mind" that someone who has will do differently?

A martial artist who is fearless is a fool, fear is our survival instinct. If you have no fear you cannot make choices and take appropriate risks. He who fears others is brave, he who fears himself is mighty.

Look to the far mountain and see all.
