As far as the negativity on soy...there are different opinions on this but I would be more concerned about the levels of BPA you are ingesting from plastic which is proven to mimic the effects of estrogen. If you consume massive amounts of it then there probably are some negative effects, but I'm guessing that we are all exposed to massive amounts of BPA and we are none the wiser.

Protein shake is best source of nutrition. It is good to drink protein shake before or after workout because protein is good thing for energy and provides strength to our body. If someone is getting training of bodybuilding then it is good to drink protein shake after training.

I listen to my body after a gym session; if I need it I drink Whey Refresh, orange flavor. It's expensive for £2.50 a bottle, but when I need it it is very welcome.

Look to the far mountain and see all.

There isn't really much credence to the 30 min window. I don't know that there is any study that shows how or why that would work, but they are mainly bunk. The power guys I've spoken with on various sites just say to get it in after the workout. If you do so within 3 hours, you are still ok. The time frame isn't going to make that much of a difference.

Actually there is a study fromDanmark that says it's not the same when you take protein. sooner the better after training. 5 huors did not affect muscle growth, but straight after training did.

Sorry I can't agree with this comment or let it pass, it is a pet peeve of mine. A protein shake or other supplement is not the best source of nutrition, they are near the bottom of the list! I recommend you have a conversation with any nutritionist about protein shakes, supplements and real food! We need to be getting our food from a variety of natural sources in order to get a wide variety of nutrients, both micro and macro nutrients along with fiber along with supporting the absorption of different micro and macro nutrients. For example, in order to better absorb iron you should also be increasing {through food} your vitamin C intake.

Another comment, is the fact that the supplement industry does not have very many effective controls over it. Here is an interesting article:

Yeah it's a good idea to take some protein shakes or some natural protein foods just after your workout training to boost your energy level and also improve your muscles mass in a decent way.

It's really helpful and works well for the muscles building and also for the muscles recovery if it is taken at right time.
