JusticeZero
You could start by looking at the more advanced bodyweight routines, for one. I'm also told that used free weights are easy to find in garage sales, craigslist, etc. Also, how do you get to school? You might be able to trade a car trip for biking or jogging (which has been seen to boost grades as well as energy). jimster93
those advanced bodyweights routines can be done with free weights ?Well, my school is a sport-school, i'm going to be a gymteacher.I go to school with my bikeI will look more of that bodyweight routines
JusticeZero
Bodyweight exercizes can be done without free weights; having free weights adds options and is both cheap and pretty space-efficient. (space can be a problem for some people.)If your school is sports-intensive, you might ask the PE teachers if they have any suggestions; maybe there are opportunities to train with some other group that you aren't yet aware of. sensei8
JusticeZero offers up some great idea's for you to consider.jimster93I'm a 18 year old boy, but i don't wanna go to the gym to workout because i don't have that much time because of schoolI can respect that because school can be consuming across the board. Having said that, if one has time to watch tv or do non-school work on ones computer or play video games; one can always find the time to train. A few moments here and a few moment there will add up positively throughout any given week.Hang in there and good luck. Please let us know how things are going. **Proof is on the floor!!! DWx
Sounds good enough. Although you might want to do chest/arms one day then legs another? Then you can incorporate explosive stuff too like burpees, various jumps, explosive push ups etc. Also highly recommend skipping for cardio and stamina or as part of your warmup. There's actually examples of 20 minute workout's on the You are your own gym website: http://www.marklauren.com/20-minute-workouts-details.html and it describes all the different types of workouts you might want to do.
