HELP!!!!!

 

I'm moving to Brownsville, Tx. in early October, and I have been all over the internet looking for Security jobs or a job in the Department of Corrections. But to little to no avail. Most sites state "no jobs found" or "not listed".

 

Are these kinds of jobs just a real pain in the butt to find on the i.n. or do I have to literally hit the pavement to find such jobs.

 

Sure I can get a job in resturants in a heartbeat, especially with 16yrs of food service experience, but I want a new career. I NEED a new career! I am so burned out on cooking. Coming home everyday, smelling so bad that I'm afraid to talk to anyone for fear that my food,oil, and?? drenched clothes will scare them away,hehe.

 

If ANYONE out there knows who I can talk to or a website that I can go to. PLEASE,PLEASE e-mail me or reply to this post. I'll take any info. I can get!
