Tweaked... popped... something to a rib

First real BJJ class. Was rolling with someone at the end - just trying to escape from underneath while he was working on some submissions - when I twisted my torso and felt a sharp pain in my left ribs just under my pec. The pain subsided after a couple minutes unless I bend over, or try to lift something heavy.

Any ideas as to what may have happened and how to treat it? As I sit here typing it doesn't hurt. When I sleep at night it isn't hurting. However, when I move wrong, it hurts.

Skipped my class tonight to rest it. Hope to be able to get back at it next Tuesday.
