Was wondering if any of you have websites for your dojo or have a page on Facebook and how many of you have profiles on linkedin exclusively for your martial arts instruction.

I have both a dojo website, and facebook page. My linkedin profile includes information about my capacity as the Director of our non-profit martial arts organisation.

I've no networking of any type. I tried to start a FB page for our Hombu, but it blew up in my face because I've no idea how to start/maintain one, and I had zero support from the hierarchy of the Hombu.

For years, we've tried to start a website but that was put back on the shelve and it doesn't look like it'll ever be completed.

No FB, no website...nada, zilch and nope! lol

If you don't want to stand behind our troops, please..feel free to stand in front of them.

Student since January 1975---4th Dan, retired due to non-martial arts related injuries.

We have a Facebook Page and a Normal Website. Also where my dojo is; we have a couple of posters for the school and it does include our timetable of classes.

Both Facebook and website. Facebook has become invaluable for sharing information and we are just starting to scratch the surface of using it for marketing.

We're on Twitter and FB, but we have no website, most of our public relations is done by worth of mouth.

Look to the far mountain and see all.

FB and our website is linked below. It doesn't work for everyone as some students will read it once or not have a FB account, for others it's their main lifeline to information.

We still do newsletters so people read important stuff.

I like my schools fb (facebook) page as it can give a lot of easy information and photos from events that have gone on for our dojo (like our dojo's 5th birthday). Plus majority of our adult student population has an account.

Although my sensei who manages both does put information up on both.
