Hi all, I'm Nick, just joined this forum. My focus in karate (Goju-Ryu and Kyukoshin), judo and self-defense, although I'd like to learn more. I hope to gain insight into the styles I practice to benefit my katas and sparring, as well as to help out others so they can benefit. :karate:
