I did do, but I no longer have them. I will get back to you on this.

If you sign up to https://www.fitday.com you can browse the extensive library of food and nutritional contents there - you could also use the full features of the site if you'd like to keep track of what you've eaten, how much exercise you've done etc. - it's a great piece of logging equipment.
