What kind of 'popping'? You aren't letting your limbs go to full/hyper extension, right? You should still have a slight bend in your joints at the full extension of the technique.. Without seeing what you're doing, that's the main thin that comes to mind..

I wouldn't say hyper extension just, you know how some people's knuckles pop?.....like that. also sometimes a weird thing is, is sometimes it pops and it feels like I got zapped in that limb :( and those hurt.

You should not be using more range of motion in training than you use in day to day life, for the most part. (with the exception of high kicks, at least..) Do you pop at other times? Is there a specific movement and point in the movement where things crack?

ok to be more specific , and now that I think about it this is prolly cuz when I train I don't stretch as much due to not knowing that many stretches, I only know like:

straddle stance,

trunk twists(these always crack my back)

toe touches while sitting

thats really it but I just realized I have been neglecting them in my training, I usually just go outback and go through my kata's when I train and I always keep in mind when doing these Kata's , Focus, Balance, Power, and Control.

back when I was...more inspired to train

(long Story if u wanna know the details go to the post, Alone, located in MA in general)

I remember doing everything as it was done in class when my dojo had been relocating. I do stretches, warm up with some push-ups, jumping jacks, dance kicks, and punches while in a low horse stance and then go straight into kata's and didn't stop till I did each one I knew at least 3 times. but even then my limbs sometimes popped not nearly as much as it does now tho.
