I read it; it pretty much came down to this summary:

For a baseline soldier, two hours daily (in two 1-hour sessions or one 2-hour one) of cardio exercise in the daytime heat will acclimate the soldier to hot weather in 2 weeks. You can miss a day here and there, but try not to.

The more fit, the faster the acclimation and vice versa.

Drink lots of liquids, don't overdo it, and save the strength and skill training for an airconditioned room.
