bushido_man96 Posted May 18, 2011 Posted May 18, 2011 Cool, thanks for the info. I did see a few of them for the push-ups and sit-ups, and I think squats. They were free, too, which is a bonus. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
CTTKDKing Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 This is a bit of an old thread, but I thought I'd chime in with Cardio Trainer for Android phones. It uses to GPS in your phone to track how far you've run, walked, or cycled. It can also use the bluetooth to sync to a specific type of heart rate monitor (I forget which off hand as I only use it for distance and time tracking) for real time calorie counting. yamesu Posted September 17, 2012 Author Posted September 17, 2012 Cheers CTTKDKing, I have not visited this in a while, and so didnt see your reply, but that does sound like a good app.I have recently got back into running, and so would be keen to give this a go - especially if it can keep a record of my run's versus personal bests etc...On another note - I've been lax with the push ups, Ill admit , but am still cranking 45 per set, with up to 3 sets per day. Also - I have been introduced to the Pushup Pyramid! A total of 121 pushups in 10 min, Awesome. "We did not inherit this earth from our parents. We are borrowing it from our children."
