PoppaDLo
So I have been involved with Kosho for years and we also work Japanese Jiu Jitsu. As of a few months ago I started up with a Yoshitsune Combat Jiu Jitsu (Soke Michael DePasquale Jr. system) and the dead arm's are beating the hell outta my forearms when punching in. Any suggestions?I can tell you due to blood test and seeing a doc it's NOT any underlying condition so that's ruled out. Thanks Gang,Poppa http://www.unitedfitness247.com/martial_arts.html
GeoGiant
Hmmm. Unfortunately I don't think I can offer anything other than more conditioning. I have this issue with my shins. The hard part for me is finding the median between contact / conditioning and rest / repair.

DWx
I have a friend who swears by witch hazel. That's what my mum says . That and arnica cream.Although both of them are for treating the bruises rather than preventing them. ps1
Some people just bruise easily. Usually, it will go away after a few years of practice. "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius."
honoluludesktop
Bruising can come from hesitation. Don't ask me why, just something I noticed over time. However if you are not hesitating, then it could be biological, and you may need to see a medical specialist.

If you bruise more then others, go and see a doctor.
PoppaDLo
Took some time and had some blood work done at the doc's to make sure there are no under lying issues. Will know in a few days. Thanks all for the advice too. http://www.unitedfitness247.com/martial_arts.html
PoppaDLo
Oh and not to disagree with my first message, I looked back at last medical records and guess that I had NOT had the blood test done for stuff like blood count, platelets and what not so my first post was a little misleading and is now corrected. http://www.unitedfitness247.com/martial_arts.html
