Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter 2 come to mind.If you're looking for a martial arts simulator, I can only think of one. A private software company turned out a TKD video game a while back. I'm not sure how well it plays, but it's about the only thing you're going to find. I know Fight Night isn't released on PC, and I don't think any of the UFC titles are either.
