December 1, 201015 yr i have these for my next grading and have wrote everything down due to old age. Although we cover these in class i would like to do an extra wee bit before next week class. Does anyone know where i could find a good video or book for the blocks. i would like them to be sharp i am grading for green belt in the style of wado ryu.Many thanks
