If you're fairly new to kettlebells, I'd recommend checking out Pavel Tsatouline's book "Enter the Kettlebell." It has a very good starting routine where you focus a lot on swings and Turkish get-ups.

+1 im just about to get a 24 after about a year of having a 16. The 16 is too light for somethings.

The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
