Punchdrunk Posted August 3, 2002 Posted August 3, 2002 Any body tried this? What do you think? If there's aprevious thread for it please let me know. I'm looking for a SIMPLE (i.e. a non-cooking moron like myself can maintain it) style of eating that gives me enough energy to workout (fair amount of cardio & 3xaweek kyokushin style karate sparring + 2-3x aweek bjj sparring) but won't gain weight. I'm currently 5'7" 155lbs. Any help is appreciated. P>S> I HATE TOFU! :???: One cannot choose to be passive without the option to be aggressive.
Jack Posted August 3, 2002 Posted August 3, 2002 I thought EAS was purely a supplement company? Concerning Body For Life - I've heard it is a great programme, aimed more for those who need to lose weight. Hmm and simple dishes - tuna or chicken sandwiches, salads, fruit, pre-pacackaged sliced ham and chicken, rice, pasta, bread, cereals... use your imagination. Punchdrunk Posted August 3, 2002 Author Posted August 3, 2002 Actually EAS and body for LIfe are interconnected - Product & Program. I want to know if anyone has used it for a prolonged period of time? How is it for energy to workout? How is it for simplicity of use? How is it for expense? Anyone have a superior program to suggest? One cannot choose to be passive without the option to be aggressive.
Jack Posted August 3, 2002 Posted August 3, 2002 Hmm, I suggest you visit the Bodybuilding.com forums and ask questions concerning it there - plenty of people there have used it in the past and will be glad to help you. JackCurrently 'off' from formal MA trainingKarateForums.com
Punchdrunk Posted August 3, 2002 Author Posted August 3, 2002 Outstanding idea. I was kind of hoping for feedback from Martial artists/fighters because of the difference in our goals and training demands but you are right I'll get more response at sites like that. Thanks, Jack.
