wolverine uskf Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 I was never extremely flexable, but one of my injuries in my accident was a big shot to my hip. Now i'm trying to get the side kick and round kick flexability back, but it's not going well, because my hip wants to either lock or pop out, instead of getting more flexable. Any ideas that might help.

wolverine uskf Posted August 28, 2010 Author Posted August 28, 2010 Thanks I'll try rolling it around more, that might help, i do that some, but not as much as i should. The doctors just look at me like i'm crazy and should just be happy to be here, but thats not who i am.
