joesteph Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 I received another newsletter from Iain Abernethy about Extreme Impact training, and there was a YouTube link.He is holding two focus mitts, and his partner Steve first first strikes hard against them, but then Iain turns away to force his partner to circle around to deliver another uppercut-hook combo. Lee M Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 pure fitness footwork element.If you combine the footwork with throwing the shots as in fight then you'll be working on sitting down on your shots in between moving.Which is usefull when you face a fighter and need to counter punch with power to gain respect and prevent the attacker from walking through your shots. martial arts training boxing for the streetstreet boxing
