ps1 Posted September 5, 2013 Share Posted September 5, 2013 I don't believe in free help. If someone is working for me and I'm unable to pay them directly, I give them free uniforms and training. I agree that it's excellent and even optimal for them to teach. It makes them more technical and ensures they can both do and teach. But I don't make it a mandatory part of their training.
