FranH Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 I do Yoga, Pilates, and Stretch And Strength Class. I really love these Classes and have an awesome Instructor. It's a nice change from Karate. It's main role in mental stability because it play an important tole to get rid of various mental diseases such as depression, stress, and anxiety.
