I do Yoga, Pilates, and Stretch And Strength Class. I really love these Classes and have an awesome Instructor. It's a nice change from Karate. I am seeing slight improvement in my Flexibility and Stamina.

Enjoy Karate as a Practice and not as a Product

Yes of course yoga is a great workout for the health and fitness purposes.

It's main role in mental stability because it play an important tole to get rid of various mental diseases such as depression, stress, and anxiety.
