Virgil Damian Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 I'm thinking of trying resistance band training. Has anyone tried doing resistance band training to improve punches/ kicks? If you have, do you find it useful? I'd rather lose a 100 times in practice than 1 time in a combat situation.

sperki Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 That's a great article; the only thing I've ever seen anybody (younger than 85) use bands for is balance training. Utilizing some of those exercises might be fun!
