There is suppose to be a food that helps you remember more easily.....but guess what....I dont remember what it is.

So if blood type and genetics are really the majority of the reason for over weight then why are there so many diets (my guess is money)

Choline, one of the B vitamins increases acetylcholine, a substance that is the message carrier of the brain.

Foods with significant amounts of choline include: milk, liver, eggs, and peanuts.

Choline can also be synthesized by the body from the amino acid methionine. Choline is available in dietary supplements and has an estimated adequate intake for men of 550 mg per day and 425 mg per day for adult women.

Did you know that decreasing your calories will increase your lifespan? Adding fish oils to that regimen will have a profoundly synergistic influence on improving not only the quantity of life but the quality as well.

Moderate food and/or energy (calorie) restriction delays age-related immune dysfunction and prolongs life span in multiple animal models. The amount and type of dietary fat though can also profoundly affect your life span.

Mustard only has 4 calories. So if you need flavor to a sub or something and want to be healthy just use Mustard. If you like Mayonnaise your out of luck. It has lots of calories.

Americans spent more money last year on fast food than they did on New Cars, and computers. Personnally after not eating at a fast food chains for awhile has made it so I cant eat at them. I get sick. Yep the only places I can eat out are home cooking places and Subway. I can also eat at Taco Bell.......That is just because I love Tacos. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendies (can eat here sometimes depending on what I get), all those places I can't eat at.

Steak from the actual Butcher is better for you than from a grocery store. Specially if the Butcher cuts the meat correctly.

Drinking a small amount of water and eatings something small can help you sleep. If you eat and drink about 4 oz to 6 oz of water you may sleep better. Also if you breathe through your nose you have a better chance of not waking up because of a dry mouth. (of course you might snore) Keeping a glass of water close to your bed may help.

If you have a cold keep medicine and water by your bedside. Most colds and flus will have you feeling the worst when you first wake up. Having fluids and keeping your mouth wet can minimize the effects in the morning of the cold.

Dont drink to much water though because then you will have to get up to go to the bathroom.
