.... are you sure about that? hmmm ..... I thought it was a ( ) before bed.

I'll have to explain that one to my husband!

well, if you are constantly tired (I suggest you get a good night rest ... eat more bagels!), ...

but no really, if you are experiencing inexplicable fatigue and pain (known as "fibromyalgia" you may be aggravated by a food intolerance. Try refraining from eating whey, dairy, citrus, corn, soy and peanuts.

Yes i'm sure Kick chick.. :D It's true that a bagel helps you get to sleep.

"Eat a light snack before bedtime. Bread and fruit will do nicely an hour or two before you hit the hay, says Sonia Ancoli-Israel, Ph.D., a psychologist and associate adjunct professor of psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine. So will a glass of warm milk. Avoid sugary snacks that can excite your system or heavy meals that can stress your body." Taken from: http://library.mothernature.com/bookstore/47/index.cfm?chp=84

"Midnight Snack:

Have snack a hour before going to sleep. It should be one with a carbohydrate like toast, a bagel, muffin or cereal. Studies have proven these foods to create sleepiness. Don't make it too large and limit fluids to no later than a couple of hours before bed time. You don't want to be getting up from sleep to go to the bathroom. Getting a sunburn every once in awhile is not bad for your skin. Getting one all the time is.

A lot of foods with grain type items in them will make you sleepy. Turkey will also make you sleepy.

People who exercise on a regular basis generally have less stress. Since they have less stress they are generally healthier. Since they are generally healthier they generally live longer. So basically stress is a silent killer. It wears down your body and mind.

 :) :karate:

Actually since Korey Stringer of the Vikings died high school players are told to watch the color of their pee.

Of course I knew that awhile back, but it is a good point.

Did you know that things that water and milk although healthy we can not consume more than a gallon of them at a time. %99 of people who try will just throw it back up. Milk and Water should not be consumed more than 16 oz at a time. (meaning one big drink.) Your stomach does not accept more than that a lot of times. (Weird that they are so healthy but we can take to much at once)

:P

Since someone brought up the "pee" topic - did you know some medicines can alter the color of your pee? Yep and sometimes colorfully. One time in the hospital the first day the pharmacy did not have one of my normal meds and they substituted something else. I peed green; very bright green - true story. And did it ever feel weird when I noticed.
