Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.

Well, the book kame in, and I like it so far. I hope to get my hindu squats up to 300, my hind pushups to 150, and do a neck bridge (no hands) for three minutes. :karate:

Ok, for those of us that don't know, and dont have the book =(, can u explain what these exercises are? i know what the hindu squats are, but i would like to know what all the exercises are =). Any information about them, and anything pertaining to them is greatly apprecaited.

i havent gotten the book yet*still trying to save money** but i know there are hindu squats, hindu push ups, stretches(i think), and back bridges. im sure there's much more then that though. how long is the book?
