SaiFightsMS Posted July 21, 2002 Posted July 21, 2002 There comes a time with a chronic condition when an evaluation is overdue. How much are you doing and what is it doing to you in return. And then the cost - the physical cost now and in the long run. Then the activities need to be adjusted. Maybe less jumping or a new activity.
ad Posted July 21, 2002 Author Posted July 21, 2002 this condition didnt come after a particular incident in a sport, its sort of just came on and my knee is been like this for the past 2-3 years i have been told that to stregthen the patella in place i need to build the muscle in the quadriceps yet i feel it just another waste of time like all the other possible treatments next week i will be given a carcinogenic injection to smooth out the under surface of the patella Brown Sash Hsing I/Lau Gar Kung FuBrown Belt San Shou17 yr oldhttp://www.selfdefencehelp.co.uk
