qbushido
hi guys, do you believe in massage as post workout treatment?
sperki
After every workout? That would be a sweet luxury. Or I'd owe my wife too many favors! When I'm feeling really intense about a competition I'll get a massage a week or two before a marathon on triathlon (those are the events I compete in). mr_obvious
Yes. On occasion. Which reminds me....... I need to make an appointment
Shizentai
I too am too poor to afford a daily, or for that meaning even a monthly massage, but I did have a good hour long neck massage around this time last year. It did wonders for my rising block training for several days (until my work place tightened the muscles back up again -_- ). mr_obvious
I know what you mean. I had one before my two hour class last week. Got all kinked up again by the end of training. Ah well, I pay only $15 so I'm not all that aggrieved.
hx35543
Actually a good massage, post workout, helps increase blood flow and provides nutrients to those muscles you just worked on.
