I'm with Vegabond. I cut most carbs out of my diet about three weeks ago and I've already lost an inch off my waist and my side rolls are getting smaller (gross, I know, but hey-- THEY'RE GETTING SMALLER!).

As Vegabond said, nutrition does still seem more opinion and theory than fact. Anyone looking for an alternative to most popular theories should check out the documentary "Fat Head" that's on Netflix if you have it or free on Hulu if you don't. I'm basing most of my new diet off the science in that movie and it's working quite well for me so far.

There are lots of therapy for good health. First is drink filtered and boiled water. Do regular morning walk. Keep away yourself from oily and junk food. Enjoy fruits and vegetables. For good health your body should be checked by doctor for important ingredients every week.
