I would go see a doctor.

Where abouts is you back pain, upper or lower?

I get pain in my upper back and my friend who's a physio reckons its a combination of poor posture and not stretching out my back/shoulders properly after training.

Inversion table, stretching, Chiropractic and Martial Arts can be your friend ;-)

Absolutely I reccomend all 4 as well.

I have seen a Dr. who referred me to a chiropractor which I had to find another because he really did not help me much and now I love my chiropractor he keeps me moving and he recommended to me a inversion table.

I know of people, and myself, whom had seen chiropractors, they are a quick fix to long term problems caused by this quackery of detremental effects. People going to such will feel better, but over decades, it worsens because the body is not designed to allow this. Think of the joints, bones, as socketed ball bearings, they are not for popping. Muscle message is different

Chiros can do more than just adjusting joints. Mine also does traction, hot / cold therapy (which I also do myself), Ultrasound and has a massage therapist on staff ;-) They can also order MRIs (uncover hidden damage), and if necessary, farm you out to Sports Medicine, Orthopedic and Pain Management specialists.

I've recently sustained upper back & neck trauma. Without the help of the aforementioned professionals, I'd still be lying around all day....fat, sore and not doing MAs.

Go see a doctor, lol.

Indeed, they seem to come a long way than back in the day.

Although, I say see a doctor first.
