I think BlackBelt is the best overall. Coverage of smaller schools should be considered though and a bigger editorial section.

Blackbelt is the only one I have ever suscribed to but I have picked up some odd ones here and there. I honestly can't tell you the name of them.

However Blackbelt and its other forms like Inside Kung Fu and Martial Art Insider are all good.

I buy strictly on an issue by issue basis. there is an awful lot of filler in there. I thumb through them at the bookstore and usually end up putting it back on the the shelf.

Black belt is the top dog overall though...

Dragon Times, Its a little better than Black Belt. I just cancelled my Sub to BB, I just wont pay for a mag that tells me nothing and tries to sell me a bunch of BS.

Tae Kwon Times used to be pretty good. It was started by my TKD grandfather, Grandmaster Woo Jin Jung is his name. He taught my head instructor and his wife, the Booths, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Covers mainly Korean arts.
