Im out on my bike nearly everyday, not even so much for a workout, i just really enjoy being on a bike lol. Plus i use it getting to and from work. So yeah my choice would be cycling.

I like running more. I find cycling less useful because I don't ride on rainy weather for being afraid of sliding or it requires a helmet, light and mine is always breaking down! :kaioken: Actually,I have a plantar fasciitis problem(kinda heel pain that kills me)and I miss running sooooo much...

I gave up running due to knee problems and took up cycling. Running is a better short-term workout IMO but cycling can be a butt-kicker if you find the right terrain.

At the fitness center my wife and I go to, they have some of the bikes that has a video screen that you ride courses on. Those can be taxing, and passing people can be motivating.

Well, recenty I'v been going to my friends alot, "the one were I almost broke my foot" and well it's 1.2 miles away, over the summer I was going back and forth at least 4 times and I was usally riding my bike, but now I'm running more, I don't know why but I'v got the urge to run more often now, and thank goodness, my foots all better although sore at times.

I cannot prevent the wind from blowing, but I can adjust my sails to make it work for me
