twistkick kid Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 ok... what I thought would make my trip to class yesterday more fun made it agony I was getting my bike out of the garage so I could ride it to the dojang, and I smashed my toe under the tire. Made it to class with plenty of time to spare, and a little river of blood dripping down my toe. Put a bandaid on then taped it so it would stay on and my toe wouldn't move. Went home after the beginner adult class ended, went to bed, and kicked the wall in the middle of the night. Woke up with a really painful toe. My other foot is hurting along the metatarsal region. I mis-timed a kick during a sparring match and caught a big guy's elbow It only hurts if I stand up for too long, or do too much jumping. The pain isn't excruciating, just enough to make me slow down and go "ouch!" on occasionAny advice other than the proverbial "go see a doctor" ?? The pain in my metatarsal region is going away, but I'm wondering how long the toe should take to heal sorry about the rant...
