Behind you?

 

Are we talking about a machine in which you pull it down and it ends up resting behind your neck?

 

1. Machines aren't as good as free weights

 

2. Behind the neck presses are asking for rotator cuff damage

 

Try the pullups and the deadlift, they're a lot better for you, just make sure you get the form perfect and don't 'ego lift' - ie sacrifice form for more poundage. :smile:
