Oh man, when I was in Judo long ago, high school wrestlers were my favorite opponents. Not that I can beat them always, but they put me through my paces to make sure may leverage game was on. I started to work out with as many wrestlers as I would Judoka back in those days.

It was. I am talking back in the 60's. High school wrestling was as popular as high school football or basketball. I have seen many high school wrestling programs vanish where I am from.

Speaking of wrestling, a wrestling coach I knew had trained in Sambo for some time. I think Sambo, like Korea's martial arts, was heavily influenced by Japanese martial arts. (I could be mistaken)
